The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat is an independent institution of Pakistan that is responsible for addressing grievances of the public against federal government agencies, departments, and ministries. The office of the Federal Ombudsman was established in 1983 under the Federal Ombudsman Institutional Reforms Act, and it operates under the jurisdiction of the President of Pakistan.
The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat has a mandate to investigate complaints of maladministration, corruption, and other forms of administrative injustice by the federal government agencies. It provides an impartial forum for the resolution of public grievances, and its services are free of charge. The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat also engages in advocacy and capacity building activities to promote good governance and improve public service delivery in Pakistan.

How to Apply?
You can get the forms to apply for the job positions that are advertised on the website of Open Testing Service (OTS), which is www.ots.org.pk.
You also need to submit an online deposit slip with the form.
Remember, you have to submit your application within 15 days of the advertisement being published.
If you send your application late through the post or other services, OTS will not be responsible for it. Additionally, if you submit your application by hand, it will not be accepted.
After applying for the job, candidates should regularly check the website of Open Testing Service (OTS) for important updates related to the recruitment process, such as how to get a Roll No. Slip, the written test schedule, and the results.
