1. Chief Financial Officer
Qualification: Member of a recognized institute of professional accountants; or member of a recognized institute of Corporate/Chartered such as ICAP/ACCA/ICMAP or holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration from a University recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, preferably in a financial institution.

2. Company Secretary
Qualification: Member of a recognized institute of professional accountants; or member of a recognized institute of Corporate/Chartered such as ICAP/ICMAP/ICSP, or holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Law Graduate from University recognized by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Company Secretarial role, preferably in a financial institution.
