Position Available: MIS Officer – OG III (Special Assets Management)

Location: Karachi Lahore

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education / Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university/college/institute with at least 70% marks or a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
    • Candidates with a Master’s Degree and/or other relevant professional qualifications in Business, Banking, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Law, etc., will be preferred.
  • Age:
    • Maximum 26 years (as on the last date of submission of application).
  • Experience:
    • Up to 1 year of banking experience is preferred.
    • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Automated Report Generation: Coordinate with stakeholders for generating reports related to Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts.
  2. Recovery Support: Provide support and backup for recovery units dealing with collections.
  3. Account Analysis: Analyze and monitor NPL accounts against the assigned portfolio and track recovery progress.
  4. Recovery Strategies: Devise strategies for recovering accounts in coordination with the wing head.
  5. Legal Liaison: Collaborate with the legal office to ensure proper follow-up on assigned accounts.
  6. MIS Development: Develop relevant MIS for portfolio progress and prepare dashboards and control methodologies.
  7. Presentation Support: Assist in preparing presentations for senior management.
  8. Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements.
  9. Reporting: Generate required reports and liaise with Regional Offices for NPL recovery efforts.
  10. Additional Assignments: Undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
